November 20th, 2013

An interesting day today. Went to the hospital because one of my friends is in ICU. Luckily my friend is getting better and in great hands!

As I'm leaving I find out my teacher and Reason I came out of the spiritual closet and help others,  Sylvia Browne,  has passed from this life. I wouldn't be who I am without her.  She is the reason I even found about so many other teacher and healers,  including Doreen Virtue.

Pray with me: Guardian angel,  my guardian dear,  to whom God's love entrust me here. Ever this day be at my side to rule and guide. AMEN.

How to Really, Really, REALLY, REALLY LOVE Yourself right now!!!

HELLO!!!
Long time no write ... on here.. no judgement, but it's good to be back...
Why is it that we have all the advice in the world for others and know how to take care of everything else but we feel drained? Do you feel drained? Are you happy? What really is making you unhappy at this moment??

HERE ARE THE TIPS:

1. STOP ALL JUDGEMENTS:

STOP JUDGING all the wrongs in your life right now!!! Spend 10 minutes alone, in front of mirror & Ask What would make you happy, then DO IT!!!
I said stop judging! I know the second you read that, your own mind couldn't stop wrapping your head around that! When was the last time you actually did something that made you happy? and had a happy outcome. Not some instant gratification that left you feeling bad later.

2. GO OUTDOORS:

It is not that hard right now to spend some time outside. The sun is still out and about, warming up nature and the people in its vast rays of SHINE! GO OUT and GRAB SOME! It's also a good source of VITAMIN D!
When you go outside, it actually helps you clear your auras. Why you ask? Because there are fairies outside!! WOO Woo! and the fairies are ....NATURE ANGELS!!! Take a brisk walk. Go to the beach. Walk during your lunch breaks. Watch the sunset. Ride your bike, put air in your times first (if it's been that long for you). You will automatically begin to feel your spirits lifting!! PROMISE!!!


3. CALL ON YOUR ANGELS:

"Archangel Jophiel, Please help me beautify my thoughts. Help me clear up any space that is holding pent up energy. Send me your guidance to release all this clutter of energy, space, time and all else that is holding me back from Really and truly #LOVING myself".
You may also call on your guardian angels, Archangel Michael, and Raphael to help. :)

4.  WRITE A LETTER:

Write a letter to yourself, the part of you that is past or future, the part of you that knows what you are capable of in this lifetime! That knows your limitations, your successes, your story, how AMAZING and AWESOME YOU ARE! What you are proud of and what you have accomplished. You have no failures, only lessons! You could even write this and mail it to yourself!!!

5. KEEP A GRATITUDE JOURNAL:]

Every night or morning, say what you are grateful for. Heavens, do this both in the morning and at night!! The LIMITS are ENDLESS when you are grateful. It opens up for the UNIVERSE, God, Creator, ANGELS, GUIDES, ALL THAT IS, to bring you in physical form and energetically....MORE BLESSINGS!! How awesome is THAT!!!?

I kept this short because well, Time is Precious and I want you to get started. MUCH LOVE!

Grateful Thoughts Before Bed

When I need to calm down from freak out mode or stressed out mode, that means I have disconnected with my Higher+Self. I simply need to: 1. Breathe deeply, 2. Remember Who I am, 3. Where I come from, & 4. Everything IS taken care of NOW, THEN & AT ALL TIMES!!
Why you ask? Because God lies within me, in each one of us! Furthermore, I remember, I AM Provided for in all ways AND for ALL of my DAYS! For this I am very grateful! Grateful for the Universe that supports me Now & at all times! And so it is! Amen! <3
